Hi everyone! I have a bunch of layout and cards to post, but decided to move my scraproom this weekend....sooooo, this will have to do for now...lol!

Aunt Pam surprised us this week by inviting us to lunch at McDonalds.

We grabbed Happy Meals to go and headed down to the most

beautiful spot in Windsor - Reaume Park/Coventry Gardens.

A Night At The Hanger

Its getting crazy busy at the hubby's work right now.  He is an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer / Director of Maintenance  for Zimmer Air Services.  Right now they are in the middle of spraying corn crops in Ontario.  This means long hours at work, and an hour drive to and from work. 

 Last night I packed up the kids and some food to BBQ and drove out there.  Here are some photos of our night!

Stamping on Vellum

Today I am up with a project for Practical Scrappers using Vellum. 

 I chose to use Staz On Ink in black and stamp my image of the bee directly onto the vellum, then cut it out.

For my project I chose to use 
Heather Valentin's -Oh Holy Night Digi Stamp

I used my watercolour pencils to colour her in, then painted over
her with water.  Next I added some Gold Stickles to highlight
her halo.  I also used Stardust Stickles on her wings.

Next I added a product called Flower Soft in white to the bottom of
her gown and on her sleeves.  I also added some pearl drops in gold & silver 
with my Viva Pearl Pens

Heat Embossing

Hello!  I am up today with my 1st project for the

Practical Scrappers Design Team!  

Today's topic is 10 Things You Can Do With Chipboard. 

 I chose to heat emboss with it. 

 First I stamped my chipboard bird with VersaMark, 

then sprinkled Zing Embossing Powder - Gold Glitter over it.  

Next I shook off the excess, then heat set it with my 

Embossing Heat Gun.  This only takes a minute.
