I created this layout using a Sketch from Kelly Purkey's Sketchbook 4 class over at Studio Calico last year.

I punched out all the circles from my MME My Girl Pinwheel paper, then added foam pop dots to the back of them to add some dimension to my page. And who doesn't love enamel dots? Seriously I need a case of these!!! |

I have been struggling with the whole clothespin trend...I love bulky pages, but these just threw me for a loop...That is until I saw one of Shanna Noel's pages, and she only used half of the clothespin so it wasn't as bulky!!! I love doilies, and seem to be using them more and more...even on my "boy" pages...and I have been adding Stardust Stickles to edges of them! (and the clothespin, and the circle pinwheels...I may have a sparkle problem) |

I love the "Stamp Repeat" technique that I did with the "Remember this" stamp.
What trend are you struggling with right now? I will pick some of your suggestions, and create a layout(s) with them to give you ideas on how to work with it!
Thanks for stopping by!

Super sweet layout, and love all of the popped circles.
ReplyDeleteVery cute! I can't really think of a trend I struggle with. There are many I don't do, but it's because they don't appeal to me vs. not knowing how to use them. No mustaches on my scrapping, for example!
ReplyDeleteyes! no mustaches here either! lol
