Papa On The Phone

Today I wanted to share with you a favourite layout of mine.  

Here I used foam dots under my alpha's to pop them off the page.  I also used my new Jenni Bowlin Pinwheel Punch (that I am in love with!)

I edged my layout with washi tape and patterned paper that I stamped with silver ink.  On the background I splattered with Heidi Swapp Color Shine in Tinsel & Tropicana Teal.  I also stamp the background with silver ink.  I cut the camera out of some Amy Tangerine paper and added stickles to it.  The silver "beads" are from my Viva Pearl Pen

I heat embossed the chevron veneer with Zing Silver Gliter

Here you can see some of my layering behind the photo.  It was done with scraps that were on my desk.

Fuzzy Friends

The moment I saw these 2 new

new collection - Yes Please, 

I knew exactly what I wanted to do with them!

And here is what I came up with

I used my Xacto knife and cut freehand, the buildings out of the B side of the Consistent paper.  I cut 3 rows and layered them with a bit of adhesive along the bottom of each row, and foam dots on the buildings, to pop them off the page.  Next I added a bit of Stickles to the windows to give then a bit of sparkle

I stamped some triangle all over the background paper with some Silver Ink.  I also added some Enamel Dots and Veneer

In the top left corner of the page you can see that I edged the layout with patterned paper, washi and glitter tape. I also stamped the banner on vellum and cut it out and used a star brad to attach it.  I also added some sequins, veneer and another brad.
