Layouts without Limits Part 3

Today is my final layout for the Layouts Without Limits challenge, by Shimelle (see below)

Toni from her blog Life, Scrapbook, Repeat ,
Madeleine Lopez from her blog, senoritaml.wordpress.com
and welcoming
Lea Lacoste from her blog A Freeze Frame

Here is a recap of what is going on

We will all be showing you  how we jumped right into Glitter Girl's challenge from Wednesday April 10th  "Layouts with Limits." For this challenge Glitter Girl tell us that scrapbookers can create many layouts using a formula designed to show how versatile our supplies are. This formulas well as an amazing 38 minute scrapbook video can be found at the Two Peas in a Bucket here. Grab a drink, sit back and relax and watch this video...It is really worth it!

Here is my final layout for the challenge

Don't you just love this Vintage Milk Cap Flair from
The Paper Bakery?!!!
I need to get more of these!!!!

Now here are Toni, Madeleine & Lea's layouts!

Ah-GOC by Toni
I just love the bright bold pops of colour and mad layering skills in Toni's layout

Happy by Madeleine
I love the pops of bright yellow and the super cute bike flair! I love Madeleines ability to scrap 4 photos on 1 layout....this is a skill that I struggle with!!!

Georgetown by Lea
I love the colour palette that Lea worked with here.  And I also love the different alphas for the title!  There is lots of detail in Lea's layout with all the stamping and embellishment!

Thanks for following along the past few weeks!

Layouts Without Limits Part 2

For the next two weeks I have been invited by Toni from her blog Life, Scrapbook, Repeat and senoritascrapper from her blog, senoritaml.wordpress.com .  I was unable to take the challenge last week due to heavy DT commitments but was thrilled that the girls still wanted me to play along this week and next week! We will all be showing you  how we jumped right into Glitter Girl's challenge from Wednesday April 10th  "Layouts with Limits." For this challenge Glitter Girl tell us that scrapbookers can create many layouts using a formula designed to show how versatile our supplies are. This formulaas well as an amazing 38 minute scrapbook video can be found at the Two Peas in a Bucket here. Grab a drink, sit back and relax and watch this video...It is really worth it!

Here are the supplies I chose to use for this challenge

and here is what I came up with for this weeks layout

For the chipboard houses, I stamped them with Prima Chalk ink then covered them with glossy accents.  I have had a lot of inquiries on the vintage milk cap flair I have been using lately....they are from The Paper Bakery.

Now lets take a peek at Madeleine's layout

I love how she used her alpha stickers an the speech bubble paper!!! so creative! I also love the colour palette she is working with!

Next up is Toni's

Honestly, I just adore Toni's style....Mark my words...she is one to watch because she has a unique style..a bit artsy, a bit structured, but with a flair of its own. She is going places!

Thanks for taking the time to check out our work! And we hope you stop by next week to see the last layout in our series.

Scrapbook Stamp Society Blog Hop

Welcome to the Scrapbook Stamp Society
Too Cute to Spook
Blog Hop!!!

For my project I chose to use
Heather Valentin's - Witchy Susie

I used my Water Colour Pencils to colour in my digi stamp, then painted
over it with water to soften and blend the colours.

I cut my image out, and attached her to my card.  I used my
Black Pearl Pen to make the black dots on the orange scalloped
border.  I also hand cut the beetle out of some halloween paper, then
put a foam dot behind it, to pop it off the page

Next I added some Black Stickles to her eyes and
some Star Dust Stickles to the cats eyes

I also added some more Star Dust Stickles to her Skirt

Don't forget to leave a comment!
One lucky hopper who is a follower of the blog &
who comments on all the participants blog post,
will win a $12 Scrapbook Stamp Society Prize!

Thanks for stopping by!
