A Love / Hate Relationship with a Layout

Ok, time to be real.....
This is not one of my favourite layouts....I am having a love/hate relationship with it. I was at the end of a kit, and thought, meh, just use up this last bit of stuff...I think between the combination of the Photo Overlays (yet to find some I like) and the "Drive" Thickers (that was a challenge in itself... I despise them) its just not me....BUT... there are parts of this layout I love.... for 1, the background paper, and 2,the fussy cut flowers..
All things said, this layout will still find a happy spot in my album, because it is still a memory.... when I look at this layout, I remember when I was creating it, it was a perfect sunny fall day, Noah & Liam were on the floor behind me making their own scrapbook layouts, and they were talking about how they were going to work with daddy in the workshop.... And for that reason, I love this layout

Let's Go Be Adventurers

Gold doilies & sequins on a "boy page"??
YES!!!!
I used my SC Double Scoop Kit/Add On's to create this.
I used the Glitz Roller Stamp that came with the kit, and gold ink and rolled it all over the layout before I put the photo on.  I like the movement it gives and I like that it kind of looks like tire treads. It suits the photo.

I cannot get enough sequins!  I grabbed a pinch of them from my bowl and just dropped them on the page... Where they landed is where they were adhered!

And seriously, how cute is that flair???
Its from The Paper Bakery!

Thanks for looking!

I absolutely adore this kit!  It was the perfect mix of fall colours!!!!  The only think on my PL spread that was not from the kit was my  "September Alphas", yellow striped washi and the Star sequins that I picked up in the Paper Bakery Shop!  I made great use of the Amy Tangerine Cut & Paste 6x6 pad that was included in the kit.  It was perfect for cutting out words and cards on my Cameo!!

I loved the Exclusive Flair that was in the kit!

And how can you not love this Exclusive Veneer card!!  I used my Roller Date Stamp and Staz On Ink to add the date!
Next up, I challenged myself to use the Capture 365 Kit to create a layout, using only a few extra items!

From the shop I used the Doily Stamp and the washi tape, Flair and Sequins!  From my own stash I used some Alpha stickers.  I loved how this turned out!  I think that the Capture 365 Kit make a great Add On Kit for Scrapbook and Card Kits!!
